Call it another good sign the housing market has turned a corner. I noticed today, for the first time in a long time, that the number of pending sales are outnumbering the number of new listings in the areas of Windermere, Dr Phillips, and even MetroWest. A good sign indeed! It’s not a big spread but certainly a nice indication that the local market has truly bottomed out.
